Dark Elven In 3D

I wanted to do a model of Dire's dark elf rogue, a bust. I got pretty far until my program started acting up and crashing on me a bit, thus I didn't get it as detailed as I'd have liked. The hair and chest didn't get touched much at this point and it took many hours already so I thought I'd share it anyhow. This was made with a 3D modeling program then the top image was finished up with color in Photoshop just because I wanted to do something with it. I had a lot of fun until I couldn't keep up with crashing. And yeah, I adore dark elves, if you hadn't noticed, lol. I thought it would be fun to show the process of it :)

It was inspired by this picture, which I painted digitally, I wanted to create a 3D model of something I had created, maybe next time I'll do some fan art. Not too bad for only my second time working with the program (Sculptris), I'd say at least.

Scribbles

Happy Sunday! I've got some scribbles to share, not comics though. Maybe a funny story to go with it? I've had a lot of people ask me recently how I do my pictures, I've even had someone ask if I take screenshots out of games and paste them. I was quite daunted by that one, heh.

I'm always amazed by the time and effort other artists put into their work and I just wanted to take the time to show a small part of the process of how I do some of my work. This basically shows a small part of layers in the painting grouped together in stages. Hope you enjoy the look!

Fan Art: DA2

So, I've been on a roll lately. Some digital paintings I did of Fenris and Anders from DA2. Art but game related so I had to share them. Enjoy :)
