I had a nice post in my head for today but I've been on the phone all day with support about my Android (calls keep dropping, people can't hear me) with no help. I've been trying to get it resolved for about a week with calls and a trip to corporate... sigh. Finally calling the girl at the store, today, she's told me she will replace it! It's felt like a bad game of cat and mouse lol. Wish me luck!
