Around The Corner

It has been a busy year, this blog has taken a bit of a hit, but I am still here, still playing! I've just been busy working, switching jobs to a work at home position, surgery, family visits, got my first tattoo, lol, and all in all it has been a great summer wrapping into a nice fall. Mostly playing WoW, there was a lull for awhile in gaming but the fall is bringing expansions and events around the corner.

Dire and I were playing EQ for quite some time, he managed to end up six boxing which around the time I sort of dropped off after work just drained me and would make me too tired to play. He managed to make a lot of money, do a lot of fun things but it was all a bit much for me. Mostly I have stuck to GW2, EQ2 events mostly there, Rift for housing here and there and WoW because there is a lot to do still, especially with unlocking flying and leveling alts before the expansion.

Dire has returned to WoW, he almost skipped this whole expansion so it has been a lot of catching up for him and learning all the new systems. We do a lot of daily quests, the cloak upgrading and old raids together, we've gotten some cool mounts from the old raid achievements. I am glad he is back, we're working on flying now, mostly all we have is faction, which is going slow.

The expansion has been pushed back, so that gives us more time to work on some alts. I do look forward to actually playing new content but in the meantime we do have the pre-patch coming soon. As a hunter I look forward to taming new pets that will be available! Mainly I still play the hunter 90% of the time.

Today I just wanted to get a post up while I have a few spare minutes to update and share some screenshots.

Safe adventures all!

New mounts from raiding achievements!

Finally got Clo her hunter class mount.

Questing with Dire <3

Going back through old content, Legion is so beautiful.

Leveling my Druid a bit.

  1. Glad to see you post again. This year, you never know when people go quiet!

If you haven't already, I recommend taking a look at Genshin Impact. It's not an MMORPG although I keep reading people saying it is but it plays rather like one and it's absolutely gorgeous. Also, it's free but it has proper AAA polish. Seems like the kind of thing you might enjoy.
