The Freeport City Festival is here today! If you haven't found it yet, it's located in the Commonlands between the Crossroads and the Flight Tower. There are some really lovely items this time around- black marble... /drool. You can check out the items here, if you have not had a chance to peek in on the festival. This weekend means a house makeover... well a couple of rooms at least! I've been waiting on these items to finish the house up for now.
I finally hit 69 with Nyomi. I haven't been going at a breakneck pace just taking my sweet time. I've dabbled around on a few alts but nothing seems as fun, for now, as my Inquisitor. I have been pondering a betrayal, to Templar, later on. I still need to think on it a bit. I don't know if I will like it as much when I'm not healing.
I've been leveling in Kylong, which if you know Everquest history, Is what was the Dreadlands. There is Karnor's Castle, the spires, the good old druid rungs, drovargs, drachnids and tons of iksar skellys. It has a nice feel to it. Old yet new. There is even a section called 'Dreadlands', which is pretty neat.
I've been working on the flightpath quest there, so I can use the flights around this area and save myself some running. I was happy to find that along with the Flight as a reward there was a pet Sokokar. He is too cool. That's what I really enjoy about this game sometimes, the little things.
