Temptation (WoW)

Balance druid- complete with stardust and sparkles!

When I thought about class tweaking and changes in MoP I wasn't very excited, except for the hunter class. I was very happy with a lot of the changes and didn't really follow much about my other classes. I mean, I guess sometimes I just get tired of the changes so I don't really get as excited about them these days, most of the time it can be frustrating, new glyphs, new talents and so on. Though I had to admit I was more intrigued this time around, things were looking good.

Yesterday I finally got around to tackling my Druid, as far as talents go, I didn't plan on playing her but I wanted to see what new glyphs and talents were out there. I was really floored with how much changed with balance, for the good. I have been feral for quite awhile, I'm an 'old schooler dr00d' who didn't have those silly tree and boomkin forms back when I started a druid, while I have played as balance I hated the form. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there is now a glyph that removes the form and uses an astral form instead. It so rocks. Sparkly, stardust covered balance druid? Yes, please! Huge plus cosmetically. Second was the glyph that lets you use healing spells while in the boomkin form, unlike the past where even if you switch out your heals were so insignificant it really was more of a waste of mana to try to toss many out. More of the same this time around?

Aquatic form 'glyphed', it would be adorable if not for the spikes where the eyes should be. Still pretty sweet looking, huge improvement!

I decided to give my druid a test run, bought a few items off the Auction House, speaking of, you can find some great gear to start off with an alternate set, good solid stats that seem to be better than the quest rewards, oddly enough. At first it was slow going, though I was still using some feral gear, with new rewards things got better. Additionally I did find you can find a vendor in Dawn's Blossom to replace most gear, for those wanting to try out another spec, very handy, wish I had seen this earlier.

I have to say this is the first time in years, since, I'd say, Burning Crusade, that I actually felt like my druid was flexible, the versatile druid class I loved so much in Vanilla WoW. I can throw out heals that keep me up, toss some out to others, still do damage, not drop out of my balance form either. This was the druid I loved from the start, it was fabulous. The rotation is much different than it was back in the day, but it is still pretty fun and it seems to be ramping up as I gain better gear. I absolutely love the class again, as DPS. I'd love to try out healing in the future but I'm not sure if I will, WoW has really hit me hard as a healer with so many changes to abilities and mana regen , but I still miss it, I've been a healer at heart for over a decade. Resto will definitely will be my off-spec for the future. Mana regen, while questing, is quite awesome, the mana pool caps out pet level but it regens quite fast and I've yet to actually run out, it is quite enjoyable for questing. I can heal through some real damage and lots of mobs, which is nice to feel like that again.

Druid 'cheetah' form 'glyphed'. Gorgeous!

So, now I've been backtracking and working the druid through all the quests I've done on the hunter, she's a smidgen away from 86. I'm thinking of just sticking with her all the way to 90 then working on the hunter. Which will most likely be the case. No rush, just having fun exploring and questing, I do feel a bit behind the curb but it's only five levels so it isn't a huge deal. I don't dare log in any more characters, I can't take anymore temptation to play another! All in all I am quite impressed with all the changes thus far, with talents and glyphs it has been really fun and exciting. I don't miss the huge bloated talent tree, some things I do think back on wistfully, but I think the talents make much more of an impact now, though they probably feel very far off while leveling an alt or a new character. To counter that, we do gain a lot of core abilities we had to spec for in the past, so I think things balance out in the end.

I'm still playing GW2, I haven't forgotten it, I've just been waiting a long time on this expansion and I can't seem to tear myself away from it. Dire is not playing MoP, he's working through GW2 with his warrior, giving me sidelong glances while we play our games, wondering when I'll log back in, all in all making me feel guilty, lol. I do want to log back in soon to play with him, he's left me in the dust on my alts so I may have to pick up the ranger to play with him. On the other hand my son is thinking about playing again, he just cannot decide if he wants to start a new class or pick up his main. I do hope he stats again, I'd love to have him playing again, we always have a lot of fun.

Hope everyone has had a great weekend! Safe adventures and all that!

Enjoying The Mists

Mists of Pandaria has been very refreshing for me. I'm enjoying the new scenery, quests, pretty much whatever is around the next corner has been interesting. I had wanted to play my Death Knight up first but the Hunter won out at the last minute, I just couldn't resist the pull to tame new pets! It was hard to choose but I have plenty of time to level the others.

I've also been playing with pet battles a bit on the side, over the past couple of days,  I have to say that it is pretty addicting! Wandering around trying to level some pets, capture some cute critters to build my army of cuteness with, perhaps we'll take over Azeroth one day. This is one of my favorite features with the expansion, it is laid back and very enjoyable, a nice change of pace from raiding, PvP, and dungeons-the whole 'Go! Go! Go!' thing we see all too much of these days. My son has even been interested in checking the pet battles out and popping in to play up some of his favorite pets. He's not taken enough to start playing again so he just plays on mine when he feels like it, which is fine with me. I think it would be something he really enjoyed it he ever started playing again.

I haven't had a ton of time to play but I am almost 86, I'm far behind the masses but that is fine with me, things were a bit too crowded for my likes. Though our server (Silvermoon- US) didn't have queues, which I am grateful for. I love the music with this expansion, I have played a lot of Eastern MMO games in the past and it sort of has the charm a lot of those do, I absolutely love the music and scenery on the games that focus from that origin. I have to stop taking so many screenshots, but there are just so many beautiful places, I cannot wait to move through the zones to see it all!

I eventually want to play a Monk, I have one sitting there with a name reserved, first there is so much else I want to do with the Hunter, plus I just finished up leveling another 85, I sort of need a leveling break from those old zones! I think pet battles will help break that up next time around, or so I hope.

MoP isn't a revelation to the MMO genre but it does add some refreshing things to the game, the pet battles, scenarios, and other things like farms, they all give me new aspects of play to look forward to, while still feeling at home within the game. I'm pretty happy with things thus far, I think it will be a lot to hold my attention for a good chunk of time. I'm far more impressed than I was with Cataclysm but I did enjoy leveling through that expansion and a few things like archaeology.

First Day in Pandaria

Mist of Pandaria is finally here. It has been an expansion I've been really looking forward to, adding a lot of neat content and fun things to do in WoW, which is always a great thing in my book. I managed to do the Theramore scenario the day before the xpac went live. I ended up with two DKs and it went very smooth and quick. I was happy to grab my tabard and get it done. All in all it is a nice change to have small groups made up of any spec/class. I look forward to doing more of these.

I picked up MoP yesterday, getting in rather late. I've not been feeling well for almost a week and I'm at the point where I think I have dry socket with my tooth so I have really been out of it, yet another dentist appointment today. But, that did not hold me back, I had to get in yesterday at some point and look around. I did get in the beta but didn't spend too much time looking around, I wanted everything to be fresh and new.

I can't really give much of a first impression but I did enjoy myself. I wasn't too keen on the first starting area with the battle going on, too much chaos, corpses everywhere and respawns were nearly instant, but that is always how it is on release day. Once I got past the first entry quests, it got a little better. I even ran off to tame some interesting pets. More on that later.

The music is interesting and the world of Pandaria is gorgeous. I really love the look and feel thus far. The quests have been decent, there have been a few that really made me laugh, I love humor in quests, and I haven't had any problems with spawns as mobs are spawning like there is tomorrow. It does feel weird to be tagging mobs and not helping other people as much, a change from Guild Wars 2. But these games are apples and oranges. Each have their strong points.

I also played around with some pet battles, something else I have been excited about. I enjoy these, very laid back and relaxing, something casual to do on the side, a much welcomed activity. I snagged a cute little black lamb pet, love the fact you can capture more pets!

Hunter pets, I like how things have changed in MoP with pets. Any pet can preform any role, say you want your cat to tank, it can now, really neat that you can basically go with a skin you like. My first pet in MoP was the cutest little porcupine. He's very small and it is hilarious to watch him charge and tank everything. He's about as small as a 'mini pet', just the cuteness factor alone is worth having him follow me around!

It is nice to be playing again, I took a few weeks off for GW2. I do miss the depth that this game offers when it comes to collecting things like pets and mounts. The game has more of a solid feel in terms of goals, there is a lot to pick and choose from, more direction and structure in that aspect. Something I did miss in GW2. Having mounts somehow makes the world feel bigger, like you can really explore it.

I'm excited about getting my own farm too, that is still a ways off, I haven't even made it past the Jade Forest yet! I am taking my time and enjoying it. I expect it won't take too long to hit 90 though. We already had our server first 90's hit just as I was starting out in the new areas, lol. I also made a panda girl, need to set time aside to level her, gives me something else to look forward to.

So, that is it for today. Just some thoughts on my first day in MoP, enjoying myself and the expansion for what it is, lots more to do and look forward to, exciting!

Watch For Pandas Crossing!

So, who's doing the panda thing tomorrow? You know, the new WoW expansion, MoP. I was considering holding off, but you know me, if you happen to stop by here often, I have absolutely no willpower when it comes to games. Plus, I've been really excited about several things that come with this expansion, new areas for one, our own farms, new hunter pets, new pet battles, new companion pets! I still have to order it though.

Over the weekend I've been in a drug induced haze, lots of pain on top of that, I had another dental appointment last week and now I have part of my jaw bone showing through my gums, pretty creepy, I know, think about how I feel! Another dentist appointment today to check that out, probably more meds. It has been exhausting and draining thus I have not played much at all, my dailys in GW have suffered, I can't remember when I last did one. But since we got new phones, I've been able to veg out and play on that!

We got a fantastic deal on the Samsung Galaxy S2, the deal was too good to pass up and all three of us got one each. They are so awesome, huge screens make good for gaming! We had very, very slow phones (the Ascend 2, started out with the Ascend) when it came to doing anything other than Angry Birds, and even that force closed on us pretty often. Huge upgrade that I've really been wanting to make, especially since I use my phone so much. My brother got the iPhone 5 but I really prefer the Samsung Galaxy S2 and S3 over the iPhones, love the huge screens, love the feel of the phones, how they run, just really happy with Android as well. I've learned a good bit about it over the last few years, why change now? They are much more flexible in my opinion. I've read that Android is more for the Techy bunch and I agree it probably appeals to us more. While my brother would prefer everything built in, instead of how I like to tinker and tweak.

I have tried out Order and Chaos finally, which is a bit harder to get the feel of with the control on the left side, but I'm getting the hang of it, it just makes me want to log into WoW, lol. I've also been puttering around The Sims Online, but that has a lot of waiting, you can't queue anything up either. Other than that I've been trying a lot of games out. I picked up a cool free game called Heroes Call, which is great, Pocket Legends has been fun too, then Happy Street (lol, it's cute!), and My Dragon. Kind of like a kid in a candy store! I still have many more I want to try out, and I've been trying all kinds of neat, new apps and playing with some of my old faves, like Flipboard.

Well, that's about it for me today, wish me luck at the dentist! */cowers* Hopefully I'll have good things to write home about from Pandaria! Dire won't let me neglect GW2 for long though!

Eye Candy

Just a quick post with a few pretty pics. I've been really busy lately so I have not had a lot of time to play my games. I also got a new phone, which is pretty amazing! We got the Samsung Galaxy S2, T-Mobile had an amazing deal on them last week, online, basically (three phones) free with a contract, after the rebate. It was due time to move on to another provider and time for some good new phones. Now I'm playing all those mobile games I've been drooling over, like Order and Chaos, the Sims Online and puttering around with a lot of fun stuff!

I hope to pick up MoP and play around with it too. I still have so much left to do in GW2, but there is a lot I want to do with the new additions to WoW like the farms, pet battles and I want to also make a cute little panda! We'll see what happens.

Have a great week, just throwing out a few pics!

Still hanging out in GW2, been very, very busy lately and haven't been on as much, but having a great time when I am on.

I really want to get MoP , will just have to see how things go. Oh how I want my own farm!!

Twig and I... BIG BIRTHDAY WISHES TO HER TODAY!!

Playing the Sims Online, on my new phone, pretty sweet game so far!
Hey, that's me ;) Playing with my new phone, hehe.

Must Have Android Apps!

When I'm not on the computer, chances are I'm on my phone or it is within an arm's reach. I use it a lot these days, sometimes I use it even more than my computer. I've been using Android phones for a few of years now. Currently we're deciding what to get for our next upgrade, another Android or the new iPhone, this time around we want to shop around in advance and get something really good. Until then- I've been kind of annoyed with my Android lately and finally updated it, sometimes those don't go so well, but in my case this was a huge help with performance. Since then I've decided to get on the ball again with more apps that are fun or just make life easier. So, I thought I'd compile my MUST have list for Android.

  • AirDroid- This makes life SO much easier. Connect to your phone through your browser, wirelessly. You don't even have to type in a verification code if you don't feel like it, simply hit the camera button and it instantly take a shot of the image (integrated into the app for easy access). It is great because you can access everything without the hassle of a cord, access texting, files, applications and more. I love it!
  • Flipboard- One of my last few posts was boasting on this awesome app. With it you can combine so much reading material, RSS feeds for many sites are only a search away. If your a reading junkie, like me, this is a must have. You can stalk all your favorite websites and bloggers in one place. I read sites like massively on it, my feed for blogs, facebook (when the login works- fix is in the works), and twitter- to name a few . A wonderful tool to combine your favorite feeds and sites into one app for easy access. Plus it looks fabulous and runs much better than any other app like it, I've tried many and this is the best looking with a fluid feel. Your very own personal magazine
  • Assistant- This isn't so much a must have for everyone. If you can't have Siri, well, this is the next best thing. I've used it for quite some time and it runs well, learns things like your name, home location and do other tasks for you, with the use of your voice. If anything else it is humorous, a great assistant with choices on voice, you're able to choose between male or female, British or American accents. I love this app and recommend it to anyone looking for a good assistant for Android. I've tried many, many, many and this is the only one I like. You can name your assistant and they will respond to it. I named mine Anders, he's a gem ;)
  • Opera Mini Web Browser- Very smooth, fluid and fast! I used the stock browser for ages and I kick myself now for not researching other options. This browser loads fast while also saving on data, I have unlimited data but if I changed my plan this would be the only one I'd use. The way it works is everything is compressed, so it also loads much faster. I have to say it is fantastic! There is also a home page for easy access to your sites, bookmarks and tabs, cycle through them with the touch of a button.
  • SMS Popup- I cannot live without this!! My brother showed me this feature with his iPhone, while trying to convert me. It isn't a build in feature on his, so I decided to see if I could find it for mine too. Basically the message pops up over anything you are doing, reading, browsing, or whatever. Instead of leaving what you are doing, you can simply read it right there in the window, then reply back- all without having to stop what you are doing. That is something that always drove me nuts, replying to texts while reading or checking mail, now it makes life much more simple! So far it is the only one I can find that works so well.
  • Advanced Task Killer- One of my first android apps. This is a touchy topic. I've read that killing tasks isn't always a good thing for Android, as it can slow things down needing to open apps over and over, which ends up wasting your precious battery more than helping- Android is a Linux based OS and isn't running as your windows computer would- but for those pesky apps that you do not want or need running, I think it is sensible to use it. It definitely helps 'unbog' things with my phone. Mine isn't rooted, so some of the stock apps like UNO (which I've never opened), or Photobucket always seem open up, this program is great for those. I'm still a huge fan of this one, others claim to work better but I always prefer this. Simple and effective. WatchDog Task Manager (free and paid available) is also a decent alternative, it will keep an eye on what apps are misbehaving instead of killing everything.
  • And last but not least a few fun ones I wanted to add- Wattpad- Great library of free books. Zedge and Coverroid- Great places for neat ringtones and backgrounds. Pandora- I absolutely love Pandora when it comes to music, I use it on my computer the most, but the app is fantastic for when I'm not home!

----------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------
Tips? That's it as far as apps go. I've spent a lot of time trying to tweak out my phones, figuring out how to have them running smoothly, trying a lot of apps and different things, some advice I can give for droid users would be- keep it simple. Show your style with the launcher and backgrounds, maybe a keyboard or screenlock. Widgets can bog down your phone, slow it down a lot, keep tabs on how many you add. While Android is highly customizable, you don't have to tweak every little thing out. Stock launchers can sometimes bog lower end droids down too. Less is more, check out different launcher programs that offer more simplicity, cut down on screens, do you really need six? I use two. Then again that is all I need at the moment, the most I ever use is three. On a final note, I've not found any battery saver app that I actually like, I mostly make sure to keep tabs on what is running and turn off WiFi when I'm not at home. Best advice I can give there!

Catching Up

The dynamic duo, get it? ;)

I've had my nose buried in GW2 lately. I'm pretty happy with the game. It is easy to jump into, wander around, do events, and join other people while still soloing. I really enjoy the flow the game offers. It is different and can take some getting used to. I'm quite content with the game, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I haven't really messed around with my main lately, because I've been playing around with alts. I still very much enjoy my ranger, I need to work on him some more, just been feeling like I wanted to try some other classes too. The necro is fun but not quite what I was looking for, I like the pets but I find most I don't even use and just end up switching them out for more helpful abilities such as healing wells. She is parked at 20, I might pick her up down the road.

A class I did not see myself playing was the guardian, which is now my latest alt and possibly my new main. The class is very sturdy and fun. It was so hard picking which weapons to use because they are all so damned fun! I can play as ranged or melee, I love switching that up. Right now I went with scepter/torch for dps, events, soloing- then mace/focus for when I need more support and heals, those times when I need to dig my heels in and stand up against something toe to toe. The class is fantastic, I really feel flexible and supportive. Lots of support, heals and survival. I can see why the class is so popular, I will be mostly working on this one for the time being, having a wonderful time playing it. So yes, I'm kind of backtracking and starting up another character but I'm having a great time.

Dire made a warrior to go with my guardian and it has been neat playing them together. He tanks a bit better and I heal a bit better so it works well. His engineer is nearing 40 and has passed up my ranger, I'm thinking he is enjoying the warrior a bit more, as sometimes kiting with the other classes can be tiring.

I've tried to get back into WoW on the side, or thought about it. All I can think is how I don't feel like competing over nodes, playing in a world alone doing dailies, the only activities with other people are groups where GS rules, or raids, ha... Then I think I'd rather just play GW2 and not deal with any of that. We can all harvest, all play together with events, the world feels alive and I don't feel as if the end all be all is locked away in a silly dungeon. I did have fun in dungeons years ago but they were different. Things changed.

I mean, I can't even do the new scenario event leading up to the expansion, with my horde main. His gear score is simply too low, not by far but enough to lock me out. It isn't even worth working on that this late in the game, he's my newest 80, it just wasn't worth it to work on this stuff this close to a 'gear reset' a.k.a expansion. My hunter can, she's my alliance main. I may run it with her. I'm still soured that the one silly event leading to the expansion is an 85 scenario locked behind a GS number. It sort of validates that the game isn't what I am looking for these days.

But I do miss WoW sometimes, I've played it since release and I still enjoy it. Not as much as I did years ago though. I'm sure I'll play MoP, though Dire has made it clear he has no interest in doing so. He's perfectly content in GW2, it is much more of an accessible game for him and his schedule. And we once thought WoW was in many ways, heh. I did manage to log in this morning, it has been some time since I last did, and for some reason the camera and graphics triggered a yucky headache. Happens sometimes when I get used to another game. But there was a server restart so I'll have to poke back in later. I do want to play with new talents and try the hunter out since the melee weapons and range restrictions are now gone!

Other than that, I'll be spending more time in Norrath soon. I've been reinstated as a guide in EverQuest and I look forward to spending time there. While I don't play it as much as I once did, I really enjoy this part of the game, assisting other players and playing behind the scenes in a way. I look forward to starting back soon. I won't be sharing my name or server, because then I'd have to bury you in my backyard. Just kidding! I don't have a back yard, I'd have to find another place. =p

Flipboard!

Not an MMO related post today, just a quick one about a great app I stumbled across over the weekend, it is called Flipboard. If you're like me, you use your phone to follow a lot of blogs, read many different sites, and you're probably checking into Facebook or Twitter as well! This app combines them all into a very nice presentation. Plus, it is just fun to just flip through it all!

I follow a lot of blogs which I read daily, I read a lot of news sites too and this little app combines them all into a really great experience. It is easy on the eyes, easy to navigate through, it also has the look and feel as if you're flipping through a magazine.

I absolutely love this app! It really is awesome and makes it feel as if everything is right there at your finger tips. Just thought I'd pass it on, I've been looking for new apps for my Android and this one has been one of my faves!

Postcards From Tyria- GW, GW2

Pre-Searing Ascalon, in the first Guild Wars. It's still hopping, one of my favorite places in Guild Wars, it is so beautiful there. My mini Prince Rurik birthday present along with me there, fitting eh?

Adventuring through Nightfall. Love the sky in this game, it is always so beautiful to look at.

Heading to Eye of The North.

We ran across a Norn.

Gwen, all grown up, far from those Pre-Searing days.

HoM scrying pool.

My brother started playing GW2, so very excited about that. Him and I working on his storyline quest.

Yarrr... Watch out for my wooden sword.

Another shot of my brother and I, just playing around.

A rainy, but lovely, day.

I take way too many shots, my screenshot folder filled up last night, had to make an 'overflow' folder, lol!

Hall of Monuments, A Visit

Hall of Monuments!

Going backwards a bit this week. Yesterday I got it into my- sleep deprived- head that I should work on some HoM stuff in Guild Wars, or at least utilize the few points I had to use in Guild Wars 2. Years ago I had an account all the way up to nightfall, five level 20 characters decked out in cool gear, with all the campaigns pretty much completed, boy do I kick myself now for losing all the account information. Anyhow, I do have a new account that is about two years old or so, which linked up, at the time I wasn't interested in anything to do with Hall of Monuments because it was like poking a stick in a wound, it still stings, but I think in time I may do more... maybe. Right now I've about had my fill but it has been interesting and I am glad I did unlock the HoM.

I've never set foot in Eye of The North, this expansion I grabbed with the others because it was too good of a price to pass up, I'm glad I did though, that is where the Hall of Monuments stands, in the cold, snowy drifts of the North, where you also meet the Norn. First off you have to have a level 10 character to even start to make way there. No, you can't just magically teleport there, well not until you've accessed the quest that leads you there, much to my surprise. Most of you probably have done this well before now but for me it was new and interesting.

The Fissure... Head right in? Leading to Eye of The North.

My highest character that could most easily get to HoM was only five (stop laughing!), but heck if I was going to let those points sit there! I wanted those appearance items! I used my nightfall character. From here you also get access to some great hero's to add to your party and the questline is very easy to grab (for HoM access), if you start on another continent you have to be able to get to Lion's Arch. Plus, I'd recommend doing the quest at level ten if possible, you still gain access to even more heroes' and you get 'buffed' up to 20, in stats and strength while you reside in EoTN.

Anyhow the trip there was grueling at times. Working on unlocking a tapestry is still a lot of work, I did some but I am putting it off for awhile because I'd rather be playing GW2 right now. You can't just pop in HoM and add things, you have to add ta tapestry to each section, which is a bit work. But it leaves me a nice list of things to do when I need a break or run out of things to do in the second game, I'm glad the options are there. Even though most sane people were unlocking them before the GW2 release.

Lovely statues along the way, probably one of the lovliest areas, too bad most of it has you on a timed run for your life!

The fact that things felt grueling was, at times, I really pushed it, when I slowed down my pace I enjoyed it a lot more. The game is still very lovey with the scenery, if you stop to look around and explore you can find things like side quests, which is always nice. GW is still a good, solid game, lots to do, while grindy at times. It has a different feel from Guild Wars 2 in a lot of ways but the controls were easy to pick back up on as most are the same, except you can't jump, heh. But the space bar has a lot of good uses in this game; picking up items or auto attacking, auto follow and so on.

But the plan was to get to the HoM and unlock it so I could use my points and get back to GW2! In doing so I came to find out more about the Asura race too and even gain one for my party! It was nice to see more backstory. That part was definitely worth doing it for. So after defeating many packs of mobs, climbing through caves, through slippery icy cliffs and so on- As well as a little bit of a grind to ten, which was a bit grindy when I ran out of quests and had to grind out Sunspear rank one, I was getting closer. Oh the joys. But I pushed myself, eyes bleary and my mind fuzzy, I finally made it to the Hall of Monuments!

Doesn't look like anyone has been down here for awhile...

Once there I met Gwen, if you played the game through prophecies you will remember her from Pre-Searing Ascalon. She also joins your party as a hero, a monk. I unlocked a tapestry, looked in the scrying pool, wandered around a bit, wondering how to add my slew on mini pets from birthdays, but that is another task for another day (another tapestry required), which I have started but it requires a lot of work.

For me it was worth it. I gained access to my appearance items, which are quite lovely on my little necromancer. I still need to try them on my ranger but he has stuff for appearance on currently, stff that I don't want to lose the look of. If you have some points sitting there, it's worth it just for the story, the items and just the coolness factor. Once back in GW2, you can grab a teleporter stone to HoM in lion's arch, over in Hooligan's Route, from Scornheart.

Now the pics! I took way too many screenshots, I'll try not to post them all! BTW, you gain three free points for linking a GW2 account with a GW account that has EoTN. This means you can buy three appearance items. See what you have here with the HoM calculator.
